I remember when the bahn mi was first served at momogoose. It had the real french-vietnamese baguette as a bread. It was awesome.

But then you switched to some other type of bread and it hasn’t been nearly as good. What is the reason for the switch? I would definitely stop by more often if the baguettes were brought back!
